What is GoTips and how does it work?

GoTips is a platform, which helps workers at restaurant to collect cashless tips online. You scan QR code to access worker’s page, choose amount to tip and any available payment method (Apple Pay/Google Pay/Visa/MasterCard/Revolut Pay)

Is it safe to use GoTips?

Yes, it’s safe to use our platform. For customers, we do not handle or store any payment information. Payments are processed by Revolut, and we don’t have access to any payment secrets.

Do workers see feedback from customers?

Yes, they do.

When workers are supposed to receive tips?

Usually collected tips are available for payout immediately, however in some rare cases it can take up to 1-2 business days. We are working hard to make it better.

I tipped to wrong worker/venue. Can you fix that?

Usually yes, it depends on how quickly you address this issue to us. Please reach us out [email protected]

I had an issue with tips and payment, can I make a refund?

If you faced issues in payment process, or you’ve made a mistake and didn’t want to leave tips, please reach us out [email protected] as soon as possible. We will do our best to help you.
